Your 19-A Refresher may be eligible for RTAP reimbursement
RTAP (Rural Transit Assistance Program) funding
eligibility is limited to agencies receiving Federal transportation funding
through the NYS Department of Transportation. This includes rural public
transit operators receiving Section 5311 funding, and human service agencies in
rural areas receiving Section 5310 funding. School districts are not
eligible for RTAP funding.

Change in RTAP reimbursement process
As of January 2006 PTSI will be billing you directly for course fees. You will need to submit your invoice to RTAP for reimbursement.
For ALL modes of passenger transportation: Coach, Transit, School Bus, and Ambulette
