Student Management for
School Transporters

Survey after survey reveals that the Number One topic bus drivers and attendants want more training in is student management.  PTSI's Student Management Seminar is an information-, skills-, and strategies-packed one-day program for bus drivers, attendants, trainers, and supervisors. 

Humor is used to help participants reflect on the way things have evolved since "when I was in school!"  Understanding what makes the difference between successful and unsuccessful drivers, and understanding what students really want, are the heart of this fast-paced program. 

The program also covers the importance of establishing relationships with students,  how to read situations to defuse a fight, and other critical behavior management skills.
